Using the store and accounts

Use this store lawfully and only if you have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract, or the required permission of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate order and account information, protect your login credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Products, prices and availability

We offer skincare and grooming products, including oils, scrubs, routines and tools. Read each product’s description, directions and available options before purchase. Images may differ slightly from screen to screen and do not replace the written specification. Prices and checkout amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Availability, pricing and offers can change. Applicable discounts, taxes and shipping are shown before the final order is placed; Standard Shipping within Canada is free.

Order acceptance, errors and cancellation

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We may need to review availability, payment authorization, errors or fraud concerns before fulfilling an order. Where a material price or product error affects an order, we will contact you with appropriate options rather than silently changing your purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order where justified, notify you and return any payment owed. Contact us promptly to request changes or cancellation; fulfillment status may limit what can be changed.

Delivery, returns and payments

Our Shipping Policy explains Canada-only free Standard Shipping, 1–2 business days of processing and approximately 4–6 business days of transit, normally approximately 5–8 business days combined. Our Refund Policy provides 30-day eligible returns and exchanges, free approved return arrangements, no restocking fee and approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and review. Prohibited use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, infringe others’ rights or introduce harmful software. Website content and relevant trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Buying a product does not grant permission to reproduce protected content, marks or designs. References to products do not establish an official corporate relationship beyond the sale offered by this store.

Third-party services and responsibility

Shopify and other providers support checkout and store operations. Third-party websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. Use products according to their instructions and stop use if unsuitable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse or events beyond reasonable control. No disclaimer excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you in your home province or territory. We may update these terms prospectively; the version applicable to an existing purchase is not changed to remove rights already acquired.
