Checkout is in CAD. Available payment options are listed in checkout for your particular order. Options may depend on your device, region and provider eligibility. If checkout does not offer a usable payment option, contact us before attempting payment.
Secure checkout and final totals
Payments are handled through the store’s checkout and payment providers. We do not ask you to email full card numbers, security codes or online-banking credentials. Review the item price, discount, applicable tax and final total before placing an order. Standard Shipping within Canada is free. This store does not currently ship internationally, so no international delivery or import-charge promise is made.
Authorization and charges
When you submit an order, the selected payment provider may authorize funds and display a pending transaction while the payment is processed. The actual authorization, charge or release timing depends on the provider and the payment method used. An order or payment confirmation should be kept for your records. If you need clarification about a specific transaction, contact us with the order number and transaction date; do not send complete card details.
Failed or duplicate payments
For a failed payment, check billing information and available funds, and review any provider notification before retrying. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. Refunds
