Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada’s 13 provinces and territories. Standard Shipping is free without a minimum order amount. We do not currently ship internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by approximately 4–6 business days of transit after dispatch: approximately 5–8 business days combined. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; remote routes or carrier disruptions can take longer.
How can I track my order?
Use the shipping confirmation and tracking details when provided. Tracking may take time to update. Check your spam folder or contact us with your order number if you cannot locate it.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Email us promptly with your order number and request. We will check fulfillment status. Changes and cancellation cannot be guaranteed once packing or dispatch begins.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Keep items unused, in original condition and packaging, and provide proof of purchase. Contact us for approval and instructions before sending a return. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for approved eligible return and exchange shipping, using a prepaid label or equivalent free return arrangement. There is no restocking fee. The approved instructions identify where and how to return your item.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and review of the return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
What if an item is damaged, wrong or missing?
Contact us with your order number, details and photos of the product and packaging where available. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Which payment methods can I use?
Available payment options for CAD shopping are shown at checkout and may depend on your device and provider eligibility. If no usable payment option is offered, contact us before attempting payment. See our Payment Policy for transaction enquiries.
Are taxes and fees included?
Review the applicable taxes, discounts and final amount at checkout before placing your order. Standard Shipping within Canada is free. We do not currently provide international shipping.
